You will provide remote, first-level technical information systems support for networks, computers, applications and peripherals.  You will work to minimize end user downtime, increase client productivity and provide a world class client experience.  You use your impeccable telephone and customer service skills to help our clients with their technology problems in real time.

Tier 2 Help Desk Specialist

You will work remotely and onsite to troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve managed services clients’ hardware and software issues.  You must be a proactive problem solver who can multi-task and implement solutions quickly and effectively.  You will provide guidance, research and support to Tier 1 Help Desk team members.
