Our company is unique because we only send “permission-based” email. This means that someone has chosen to receive our clients email messages. Our clients must adhere to this policy. We help our clients abide by the most current spam laws by providing educational articles, seminars and one-on-one consultations. Our goal is to have our clients email marketing efforts be effective and legal.
Can you send PDF's/Word Documents/etc. as attachments to our lists for us?
Certainly! But we advise caution when sending attachments of any kind. It is better to host the documents or have us host them and
link to them in your email. That way the recipient can choose to download it later.
Our IT guys want to maintain our email list, can you still send our mail?
Sure, just send us the list, the content and header information and we will take care of the rest. Many of our clients already have
established procedures for handling their email lists, we can easily step in just to send the email and collect the bounces.
What process do you use to build Internet applications?
The first step we take is to collect the requirements. We meet with you and document exactly what it is that we are building. Then
we get your input as the development progresses and we give you ample time to help refine the result to meet your needs. Once
internal and acceptance testing are complete, we continue to monitor and maintian the application to insure that is remains in working
